Refund Policy

Because most projects are custom-built to approved specifications, refund and cancellation handling is different from standard stock products. This page clarifies what happens before production, after approval, and when an issue needs review.

Custom Orders

All Nerve Sign products are made to order based on the design, size, color, and options confirmed by the customer. Once design is approved and production begins, custom items cannot be resold.

No Change-of-Mind Returns

Custom orders do not qualify for change of mind returns or refunds.

Order Cancellation

Before production starts: You may request cancellation. A cancellation fee may apply depending on work already completed (design, preparation, material planning).

After production starts / materials are purchased / the order is scheduled: Cancellation and refund are not supported.

Quality Issues (Our Responsibility)

If the product has a manufacturing defect or is significantly inconsistent with the approved design:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery via the Contact page.
  • Provide clear photos/videos and a description of the issue.
  • After evaluation, we will offer a solution such as replacement parts, repair, or remake.
  • If the product must be returned, the return address and process will be confirmed by our support team.

Shipping Damage

  • Keep packaging and product photos/videos, and report to us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will assist with claims and provide an appropriate solution (replacement parts or remake).

Installation & Use Disclaimer

Our products are custom electrical items. Please follow the instructions and have installation performed by qualified personnel, ensuring correct voltage, protection, and environment.

Damage caused by improper installation, unauthorized modifications, harsh environments, or misuse is not covered by refund/return.

Reasonable Variations

Small variations may exist due to display differences, material batch differences, and manual production. Reasonable color/texture differences and minor dimensional tolerances do not qualify for refund/return.

Refund Method

If a refund is approved, it will be returned via the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment provider and bank.
