Custom Orders
Custom products are made-to-order based on designs/specifications confirmed by you. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes or cancellations may not be possible (see Refund Policy).
Shipping & Delivery
We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carriers, customs, weather, and other conditions.
Inspection
You agree to inspect your order upon delivery and report issues promptly.
