Shipping & Delivery (Custom Orders)

This policy applies to all made-to-order Nerve Sign products.

Processing & Production Time

Production typically begins after design approval and payment. Production and testing usually take 5–10 business days (may vary based on complexity and volume).

Shipping Methods

• We ship using reliable carriers selected for your destination (e.g., UPS/FedEx/DHL/local partners).
• Packaging is designed for protection; please retain packaging for any damage claims.

Delivery Time

• Delivery time depends on destination and carrier. Estimated delivery is 5–15 business days after dispatch.
• Weather, holidays, customs inspection, and carrier backlogs may cause delays; these are outside our control.

Tracking

A tracking number will be provided when available. Please use the carrier tracking page for the latest status.

Shipping Damage & Lost Parcels

• Inspect the product upon delivery.
• If damage occurs in transit, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos of the packaging and product.
• Lost/mis-delivered parcels will be handled case by case with the carrier; please report issues promptly.

Address & Delivery

• Please ensure the shipping address is accurate and safe for delivery.
• We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect/incomplete addresses or customers refusing delivery.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to customs duties/VAT and brokerage fees determined by local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

Partial Deliveries

For orders with multiple items or accessories, items may ship separately depending on production and logistics.
