Nerve Sign ships custom commercial signage and related components. Because many items are custom-made, production and delivery timing depends on project approval, materials, sign size, finish, lighting, packaging requirements, destination, and carrier availability.

Production timeline
Production timelines begin after the final proof, quote, payment, and required project details are approved. Any changes to artwork, dimensions, finish, lighting, mounting, shipping address, or deadline may affect the timeline.

Shipping methods
Small and medium sign components may ship by parcel carrier. Large signs, exterior signs, monument or pylon components, oversized boxes, fragile acrylic, metal letters, and assembled signs may require freight, crate packing, pallet shipping, or special handling. We will choose a shipping method suitable for the item unless a different method is agreed in writing.

Delivery estimates
Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a specific guaranteed service is confirmed in writing. Delays may occur because of carrier conditions, customs, weather, holidays, incomplete delivery information, remote destinations, oversized freight handling, or events outside Nerve Sign's control.

Address accuracy
Please provide a complete and accurate shipping address, contact name, phone number, and any delivery restrictions. Customers are responsible for extra costs caused by incorrect addresses, missed deliveries, redelivery, storage, address changes after shipment, or refused shipments.

Inspection on delivery
Inspect your package when it arrives. For freight deliveries, note visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing when possible. If the shipment appears damaged, take photos of the outer packaging, inner packaging, label, and product, and contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery at shark@nervesign.com. Keep the packaging until the claim is reviewed.

International duties and local charges
If an order ships internationally or across customs borders, the customer is responsible for duties, taxes, brokerage, import fees, local delivery surcharges, permits, and any other government or carrier charges unless the quote states otherwise.

Lost or delayed shipments
If tracking shows a shipment is delayed or missing, contact us at shark@nervesign.com. We will help review tracking and carrier claim options. Replacement or refund decisions depend on carrier findings, insurance coverage, and the facts of the shipment.

France / EU project shipping

France and European Union projects should be handled as quote-confirmed custom projects. The shipping method, packaging plan, carrier, delivery terms, production timeline, and estimated transit time should be confirmed in writing before production starts.

Unless a written quote specifically states that duties-paid delivery, local installation, permits, electrical work, or local compliance services are included, the customer is responsible for import VAT, customs duties, brokerage fees, local delivery limitations, installation access, permits, landlord approval, electrical connection, and any local sign-code or compliance review. Do not rely only on a generic checkout shipping estimate for France/EU commercial signage projects.
