These Terms of Service apply to purchases, quotes, design reviews, project consultations, and other services provided by Nerve Sign through https://nervesign.shop and related Shopify sales channels.

Project quotes and scope
Most Nerve Sign products are custom commercial signage projects. Prices shown online may be starting estimates or project references. The final quote depends on size, materials, finish, lighting, mounting method, installation context, production complexity, shipping destination, and requested deadline. A written quote, invoice, or approved order confirmation controls the final scope and price.

Customer responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate logo files, brand assets, dimensions, wall or site photos, desired finish, lighting preference, mounting or wiring information, delivery address, budget range, and deadline. You are also responsible for confirming that the sign is suitable for your property, lease, landlord rules, permits, local code, electrical requirements, and installation conditions.

Artwork and proof approval
Before production, Nerve Sign may provide a design proof, rendering, drawing, or specification summary for review. You must check spelling, logo details, dimensions, colors, finish, lighting, mounting method, and other project details before approval. Once you approve the proof or authorize production, Nerve Sign may begin ordering materials and manufacturing the sign.

Custom production and final-sale status
Custom signs are made for a specific customer and project. After proof approval, payment authorization, or production start, the order is final sale except for confirmed manufacturing defects, shipping damage, incorrect production against the approved proof, inability to fulfill, or another issue that applicable law requires us to remedy.

Product images and variations
Product photos, renderings, finish examples, and lighting examples are for reference. Actual color, brightness, metal finish, acrylic tone, texture, scale, wiring appearance, and installation result may vary due to manufacturing tolerances, site lighting, camera settings, screen display, installation method, and local conditions.

Payment and production
Production may require a deposit, full payment, or other agreed payment schedule. Nerve Sign may pause design, sourcing, production, or shipment until required payment and approvals are received. Lead times are estimates and may change due to material availability, revision cycles, custom complexity, carrier delays, holidays, weather, customs, or other conditions outside our control.

Shipping, installation, and permits
Unless specifically included in a written quote, pricing does not include permits, engineering stamps, electrician work, landlord approval, local installation, wall repair, lift rental, onsite surveying, duties, taxes, or other third-party costs. Customers should use qualified installers and licensed electricians where required.

Intellectual property
You confirm that you have the right to use any logos, trademarks, artwork, names, photos, or files submitted to Nerve Sign. You authorize Nerve Sign to use those materials to design, quote, manufacture, and fulfill your project.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Nerve Sign is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, lost profit, business interruption, permit, installation, landlord, or site-condition damages. Our maximum liability for a project is limited to the amount paid to Nerve Sign for the affected item or service.

France / EU project responsibility

For France and European Union projects, customers are responsible for confirming the installation location, mounting surface, electrical requirements, site access, landlord or property approval, permits, local sign-code requirements, and any CE, EMC, RoHS, LVD, or other compliance review that applies to their project unless those services are expressly included in the written quote.

Nerve Sign may request additional project information before accepting or producing a France/EU order. If the project requirements, compliance needs, shipping constraints, or installation conditions make fulfillment impractical, we may revise the quote, recommend an alternative specification, or decline the project before production starts.
